Join us for the Opening Event of We all Repair, an exhibition celebrating Second Hand September by looking closely at repair: of things, of people and of our communities. The event includes an ‘In Conversation’ with the artists, Sue Mayo and Chuck Blue Lowry who are part of the Breaks & Joins collective.

Tower Hamlets Repair Cafes started at St Margaret's House in September 2023. Repair Cafes happen across the year at St Margaret's House, the Yurt Cafe and Poplar Union on the last Saturday of the month (no Repair Cafes in May, August and December).

St Margaret’s House (SMH) is a community Arts and Wellbeing Centre in Bethnal Green, East London. We believe in the transformative power of the arts and community connection to impact people’s physical and mental health and wellbeing. Repair is one of our core values and we are delighted to coordinate the Tower Hamlets Repair Cafes.
