In cooperation with the Takoma Park Maryland Library, the Friends of the Takoma Park Library is sponsoring a Fixit Clinic:

Fixit Clinic is a do-it-together activity where people learn how to assess, disassemble, and repair their broken household items instead of throwing them away. Volunteer Fixit coaches will work with you to troubleshoot and fix your broken item. Due to our limited resources, everyone is limited to one appointment (and one item) per clinic. You can bring multiple items, but there is no guarantee that we'll be able to get to them.
