Repairing something instead of throwing it out and reviving the spirit of fixing something which is no longer working or is broken will help all of us, not only saving money but reducing waste. So bring in your broken or malfunctioning items for repair and our handy team of volunteer fixers will try their best to bring it back to life. We can help you with clothes, small furniture, bicycles, sharpening your knives and tools, small appliances, toys, or anything that is broken/not working as it should be. We offer some training of how to do repairs along the way. Fixing something yourself feels good!

We have been running Repair Cafés since Oct 2019. We offer them approx every three month in our small town. Normally there are about 70+ visitors to the event and our repair rate is normally around 80%. Knife sharpening, electronic repairs and sewing/mending are the most popular repairs done on the day.
