The Cambridge Room Repair Cafe welcomes you anytime between 9am - 12pm at Unit 57, The Grafton Centre (opposite Boots).
No need to book, just turn up with your item needing repair and whilst you wait come learn about Cambridge Room. There will be tea, coffee and cake to welcome you. Our experienced volunteer repairers will do their best to fix things such as electronics, electro-mechanicals, small mechanical items and clothing. Repairs are free; any donations will go to Cambridge Room and to pay volunteer expenses.
How to get here: The Grafton Centre is a 20 minute walk from Cambridge Railway Station. There is bike parking available on Fitzroy and Burleigh Street. The four Park and Ride services stop at the Graton Bus Interchange every 10 mins and the Grafton Centre has two car parks (Sat Nav reference: CB1 1DB). Access information: Blue Badge parking bays are located on Level 4 of Grafton East car park. The Grafton Centre has a Shopmobility office on Level 4 of the Grafton East car park, where customers can borrow electric mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, push wheelchairs, or rollators. There are lifts available for accessing different floors within the centre. New toilets, including disabled toilets, are located on the first floor, accessible via lift.
This event is insured by Wessex Insurance and run in partnership with Cambridge Carbon Footprint.

Cambridge Room Repair Cafe is held on the First Saturday of each month, 10am to 1pm. It is hosted by Cambridge Room, a registered charity currently operating from Unit 57, Grafton Centre, CB1 1PS.
Cambridge Room is:
* A ‘one-stop-shop’ for community consultation;
* A ‘shared space’ for various activities including a monthly Repair Cafe on the First Saturday of each month;
* A ‘collective memory‘ for Cambridge
