Well-loved comfortable leather chair that had been a recliner until some plastic pieces fell out. Leather has split at the head, but it could be mended. (I just covered it with a piece of fabric.) Off Blacow near Mowry. Sorry, we can't help get it out the door, but at least the back comes off. Two steps down at the entry.

Its a 15.6 cu ft white top freezer in Larkspur. 62 high. 28 wide. Easy ground floor pickup /no steps. Works perfectly but "occasionally" makes a short duration, NOT very loud, noise when compressor is starting up. Perfect for the garage and okay for some in an apartment. Relatively clean. Taking apart a wine cellar, racks are 36x76x22 (2 bottles deep), and 46x76x22 with a gap at the bottom for boxes or a cooling system. Very nice clear cedar, a few nail holes a minor stains. All that's needed is a corner wall to nail the spacers onto.
