All only a few months old well stored nice clean usable paint.

Black adult man's bike. Wheels turn, brakes seem to work, but see pictures for condition of the tyres. They need replacing. Because of this you cannot ride it away, so would probably need a good sized car to pick it up.

Joie Car Seat Baby/Toddler (CT14)
As above, I'm listing this for a neighbour. The fitting is the modern IsoFix type, which fixes using a couple of bars underneath which slide and clip into the catches on the back car seat and a strap at the back, which goes over the back seat and clips onto a bar on the back of the seat. He tells me it's suitable for babies by removing the seat cover and the straps for the baby are located behind it. He also says it's suitable for toddlers too, so should be usable for some time. I don't know anything about it, apart from the above, but have photographed the labels so you can do a bit of research and see if it's suitable for you.
