Excellent condition. About 200 hours use. Remodeling and no more room. Very heavy, 200+ Lbs. I will get it to my front door but it will be up to you to have your cadre of strong friends to get it from there and on to your truck. Heavy and awkward so really, bring capable friends!

Red sofa in good condition. Will need cleaning from daily use. Owners had rabbits but no kids, dogs or cats. Fabric tear on lower right edge approximately 3" x 1" frame is exposed. Will assist in carrying out of the house and loading. 96" long 37" deep 31" total height at back...not including cushions that extend above back.

Crane Refresh CTR 1 Survend Model 780D in good condition, works well, including refrigeration. FYI, it takes bills/coins, but not credit cards, you'd need to add a credit card reader. This is a large machine, it would require a moving truck, etc. You will need at least 2-3 people and a good dolly to move this machine. It has a lot of slots and fits different sized items (we stocked it with drinks, frozen burritos, candy, etc.
