I know both about helmets (or cycling for that matter! I assume the size is Large as there is a L in the helmet. My daughter does have a slightly larger head than normal, so I think it is the size. Free purple Universal Rampage mountain bike. It has been sitting and shows clear signs of rust, but the gears and brakes seem to work okay. The original seat was swapped out for a different one that is now quite deteriorated/cracked.
