Ex student house, Flare brand, seems to be intact. Includes safety instruction sheet; it can only be on for ten minutes, then must cool down or the ring element will be damaged. I have no idea how you'd use it (quick cup of tea?). There's also a little box of 'charcoal for hookah',which presumably would be usable in many other contexts. Base of a lovely lamp . Unfortunately no Toadstool shade it got broke in to far too many pieces to be repaired . It was just used with a sml ordinary lampshade . The glass vase is 27 1/2 " tall . Its been used with rope lights in all year very pretty and Christmas light .
