Comes with supporting pole and baseboards Slight issue with the bracket that the supporting pole sits on on the footboard but I’ve continued to sleep on the bed for 9 months with no issue. Bed comes apart into 4 parts. The headboard is tall and only in 1 part so won’t fit in a standard car Can have a used mattress if desired
