A beige upholstered armchair with a light grey & red/brown pastel floral pattern. I used it when I visited my Mum & found it comfortable, but have no space for it at my own home. It has the appropriate fire labels. It is in a reasonable condition, but there is some wear on the arms (visible on the photographs) & a couple of small holes along the cushion seam (see photos)

DIY type router table, a bit dusty and does not come with router (mounts underneath) but does have a switchbox that the router simply plugs into, you then secure the trigger on the router and control on and off with the front mounted switches. The whole thing is mounted on a sturdy wooden base and has the add-on sides making the table much longer. Collect from Penrith please
