Oversized X-Large chair and ottoman/footrest. Chair is solid, big and comfortable. Ottoman opens up and has large storage space. The fabric is worn in parts and has cat scratch damage in parts (shown in pix). But with a cover or a couple throw blankets still very usable. —chair is 47 inches wide x 37 inches deep —footrest 47 inches wide x 29 inches deep

IKEA Benno TV stand & TV wall mount (Tysons Corner)
To gift: IKEA Benno TV stand with panel including TV mounting bracket as a set. We’ve been the only owner, so it’s in very good shape. TV stand has a divided shelf and two drawers with tempered glass. You have the option to mount a TV on the panel and run cables through the hole. Panel weight limit is ~110lb. (Note: I included a pic of a stand with TV mounted) The mount came off a wall-mounted 75” TV, so it will at least hold up to that size. Stud screws included. Approximate measurements: 47.25”W x 52.75”H x 15.35”D My husband can help load, please bring an appropriate vehicle to transport! I was able to previously fit it in a Honda Odyssey. Made by Pet Social, these are a great set of toy tennis balls to play fetch with your favorite pooch. Although not as soft as tennis balls, these are made tough for dogs to bite down on and chew as they play. Only one toy missing from the pack. Grab this before someone does.
