35mm film developing equipment and paper. These items have been forgotten in a basement for many years. I'm not sure if they can be useful to anyone.

Sunchoke/Sunroot Tubers/Artichoke (Airport Hwy/South St.)
These are called as the title says, but they are considered perennial yellow on yellow sunflowers that look like 4" daisies. Unless trimmed back they'll get as high as your gutters and are late summer bloomers which really stands out when everybody else's yard is done. Right now they're 2" tall and grow fast.

There is no middle slat but there are holes for an optional middle (looks to be for metal as well). You remove and load from walk out basement.
