Water Kefir Grains (Rodbourne SN2)
Very lively water kefir grains for all your dairy-free fermentation needs. Makes a lovely drink, my kids love it. It's super productive, now I have many jars of excess grains in my fridge. Easy to brew to make your own probiotic drink, it only needs sugar and (boiled, then cooled, or bottled) water. Each jar makes enough for two litres of water kefir (use 8 tablespoons of sugar). Stir and let it sit for a couple of days, and once it stops smelling sugary, it's ready. Strain with a sieve into glass or plastic bottles and refrigerate. Do not store in metal, it goes all funny. Free to collect or I can drop off if on my way somewhere.

This is a North Face 2 person 'Tadpole' tent. It is about 30 years old and has been around the world with me. It is damaged - poles need replacing and all seams need re-waterproofing. Might be good for spares or kids in the garden??

In tidying up we discovered a bag of slides - see photo! For younger people it was a way to take photos which you could then show using a projector on to a large screen so we could all bore everyone else as a group with our holiday snaps! Way before all the current social media stuff! Anyway we don't have a projector any more to do this and we would love to look at our slides again. It was a present that I didn't really have the easy access space for - and so it got stored away and not used after the first couple of times. Described as a 6-in-1 electric pressure cooker/slow cooker/ rice cooker/steamer and so on. Bit dusty but otherwise in mint condition.
