If this happens the door will be opened but you will be turned away politely .very sorry for the ranting guys and to have to put the above on my post but I've had people arrange to collect at 6.30pm but then turn up at 11pm demanding the items they requested and arranged to collect at 6.30pm ... Demanding gets you no where politeness costs nothing and goes a very long way x
