Next to me cot, all of the original attachments, instructions included, I will also include mattress protector, sheets and sleeping bags if required. Good condition, few marks on the white fabric that can be removed easily (see pictures). Baby had only slept on the mattress a handful of times. Pet and smoke free home. It’s not dismantled so whoever picks it up needs to have boot + back row space available in the car.

Nice sized water/sand pit, but it does not drain very well, so has rain water collected inside it making it a little heavy (on the plus side, kids won’t try to move it around because of that). The top bit is fine and can be used for both sand or water. When empty my kids would happily sit in it and play!
