Steam Canner and more (N side of Eureka in Maple Lawn) 3-pice steam/water bath canner, very good condition includes top, bottom, rack and User's Guide. Also included is 12-pint jars, 1 half pint jar, some rings, 36 wide and 12 regular lids and 2 jar lifters. We live on the north end of Eureka.

Like new sectional sofa (Near 121st and Maple, Blue Is) Promised Two three-seat sectional sofas. There is no corner piece (my mom didn't like it and chose to have an end table at the corner instead). These are made by Thomasville--all hardwood, made in the USA. stain blocker treated. Armrest covers included. Very high quality!

Floor mirror (North side of Elmhurst) Promised Wooden stand with mirror. Screws to hold the mirror in place are not effective and the mirror floats back. A small object in front (such as a waste can) holds the mirror in front. A handy person could add a bracket on the back of the mirror attaching it to the turn screw area to solve the problem permanently. It is a beautiful piece, just needs someone who is a bit handy to make it perfect again.

Rocking chair (North side of Elmhurst) Solid wood rocking chair. Seat was enjoyed too much by squirrels and needs to be repaired. Cushion works in the meantime. Duck cover to protect it from weather.
