king size mattress (Near Fallowfield & Greenbank)
I am no longer able to sleep on a high-end coil mattress. I have a King Size - LaPensee Luxury Comfort Series Mattress, which is in excellent shape. It is a two-sided mattress (useable on both sides). It has been lightly used with only just a single sleeper. It does not have a single mark on it because, since purchased, it has always been covered by a double set of 6-layer waterproof + antibacterial mattress protectors. The mattress has never exposed to any liquid or food whatsoever (nor has the bed). The mattress is available but, I do not have a box/base and I do not have a mattress cover to offer you. I do not have any ability to transport it. The mattress size is size is 76” x 80” x 14” = 6’4” x 6’8” x 1’2” and it is heavy. Two strong adults would be required to move it. It is in a thin plastic mattress bag for transport and ready to go.

Outdoor Umbrella - 8' Tall,10' Span (Near Mary Honeywell School)
Red - Faded. Crank works. Umbrella opens and rotates There are LED lights attached to it - solar powered, but the lights have not worked in about 2 years. Some wear. A few small holes in the umbrella but hardly noticeable. Everything you need to re-assemble except the sand. - Umbrella and stand - The "X" base - The circle thing which wraps around the base of the umbrella - The "X" base cover (2 pieces) - The two green bags into which you will insert about 200 lbs of sand (sand not included) - 4 bolts and washers to attach the umbrella stand to the base. We got a new umbrella. Was using this one fine until May 14.

The canvas needs to be replaced. The wooden frames appear to be sturdy. These have been in an outdoor shed for several years. The paint on the wooden frames needs to be touched up or the wood repainted. 3 km 2 miles from Carleton Place.
