I have had this since 1973. I used it to do a bench press. It's best feature is you cannot drop the bar on your self (no spotter needed). I am an old guy now, and my bench press days are gone. It's FREE. Two guys with a pickup can move it out of my garage easily.

I do not need all of these, so I am looking to pay it forward. There was a gentleman who grabbed a box of these late last year, perhaps you can use some of the same? Since we do not have anything productive to do with the items, I am trying to find someone who can use them.
