La-z-boy leather recliner wall-hug (Carlsbad)
The leather is a bit worn, but it still works great and is extremely comfortable: I have napped many times in this recliner, and my wife never wants to get up from it! We are downsizing to a smaller house and just don't have room for it. It is a wall-hugger model, so it can sit just a few inches from the wall and extend out from there. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.

Complete! Needed to remove the top tow to fit out the door. Some shelves are broken but the clothes poles can fit 16 clothing. Not made for heavy winter jackets. Shelves are just a thin plastic which can suplort no more than 3 folded tshirts. Otherwise the shelf will tear from the weight. Ideal for a seasonal wardrobe or seasonal costumes.

The organ worked for years, but now the bellows need repair. From the serial number, I determined it was manufactured in the mid-1880s. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
