Windows 7/8/10 Laptops As a hobby, for many years, I have been refurbishing old Windows laptops by replacing the Windows operating system with the Linux Mint operating system. I then offer the refurbished computers either to Freecycle or Freegle bidders, or in some cases to other people who are known to be going through a hard time. As part of this process, I always ensure that all personal data is removed before reissuing the laptop. My stock of old computers is now very low, so I would be grateful for any old Windows computers that you would like to donate for recycling to a good cause at no charge. I'm looking for around 1metre of the central capping/cover for Bendex dado trunking for Allerton Men's Shed (Registered charity). We have fitted some pre-used dado trunking that was donated to us, but we are a bit short of the cover panel. We need around 1metre, it could be made up of a few smaller bits. If you have any offcuts lying around, they would be greatly appreciated so we can finish off our electrical installation, ready to be certified.

Looking for one or ideally two mitre gauges for use on our table saw in the Allerton Men's Shed (Registered Charity) Something along the lines of the one shown in the photograph. Even if it's in poor condition or has missing parts, we may be able to refurbish it to make it safe to use. These will enable our members to safely cross-cut timber on our saws, so that we can make a wider variety of products. At the Men's Shed make products from wood to engage our members and to sell to raise funds to help with the running costs of the shed. The charity aims to reduce isolation and improve mental well-being for men.
