The chairs are 15 years old and the faux leather seats have split and are disintegrating, hence stretchy seat covers. The chairs are sturdy with braced oak frames and could be re-upholstered as a project. Approximate dimensions 106h x48w x 50d . Happy to split into two lots.

Book case, reasonable condition but some water staining to the top and a few marks on lower shelves. Not solid wood but strong. Has 2 holes drilled on the right hand upright. (Formerly for joining to next unit). There is currently cup hooks and a curtain wire. Curtain is available (optional) I’ve no longer got room for it.

Beautiful, high-quality solid pine bedroom furniture set by Druckers Furniture (Rotherham). This is heavy, well-made traditional furniture—not modern flat-pack. This set has a lovely history; it was originally purchased in Castlebar, Co. Mayo, for a cottage in Ballyglass in the 1990s and has been well-cared for ever since. The Set Includes: Small Wardrobe: (W95cm x D54cm x H182cm). Solid and spacious. I even have the original 1995 instruction sheet and inspection tag. Combination Cabinet/Chest of Drawers: (W95cm x D54cm x H111cm). A very practical hybrid unit featuring a set of drawers on the left and a cabinet on the right. Matching Mirror: Designed to sit perfectly on top of the cabinet/drawers. Note: There is a small bit of cosmetic damage to the wood on the top of the mirror base, but it does not affect its use. Condition: Good used condition for its age. The pine has a rich, warm tone. Perfect as-is or as a high-quality upcycling project. Location: Sturminster Newton. Collection: I am happy to assist with loading into your van/vehicle. Reason for disposal: Repurposing the room for a home office.
