1 slice of frozen pizza 1-2 servings of fried chicken, macaroni and cheese and collard greens made Friday 3/6. Maybe 4 tomatoes and iceberg lettuce, not sure. 2+ servings of potato salad bought Sunday 3/8. Maybe 1 KFC chicken pot pie bought Sunday 3/8 1 serving Caribbean Salad w/dressing made Sunday 3/8 and an avocado and mango to add in. Made with romaine lettuce, red cabbage, red bell pepper, cotija cheese, scallions. 1 small box of unopened cooked white rice bought from chinese take-out Tuesday 3/10 Need someone to pick up today Wednesday or Thursday. I will transfer the chicken/collards/mac and cheese to the freezer today if no one picks up to preserve. P/u Division St. in Peekskill.
