Portable Air Conditioner (Northgate)
This is 4 years old and works pretty well. It's 12,000 BTUs, rated for 400 square feet but good in a little bigger space than that. Has remote, manual, cover, filter. The model is Whynter ARC-12SD. "Portable" is a bit of an exaggeration; it's somewhat big and heavy, but it is on wheels/casters. Pick up by Sunday at secured building by Northgate station. ***I'll prioritize people who have a medical need for this.***

I love this euphorbia but I just don't have enough light for it to flourish in my house. This is a Euphorbia Trigona Rubra that is 19" tall, 24" with the pot. I want to give it to a home with a lot of bright indirect sun or even direct sun (except for the hottest summer days). Also, keep in mind that it will grow pretty quickly, about 6 inches per year.

These are wood frames with a "rough/rustic" finish and grey paint. All are in very good shape. All have glass. They have mats, but it looks like those have "buckled," so they are likely unusable. The inner edge is 25 inches by 31.5 inches and the frames are two inches wide. If you don't want all four of them, I will give two each to different people.
