For antique lovers! These items can be requested individually. This desk was probably given to my parents in the 1940s by my mom's foster mother who had a lot of antiques. It is being offered as is to someone who would like a nice antique desk (without the items shown inside). However, you'll see in the shared photos that one leg has an iron brace on it. It's been that way for as long as I can remember and is not visible from the front. I believe the gold chair shown with it was added later. The original chair is shown with loose rungs that an antique lover might want to fix.

Side handle.

Ethan Athan black leather couch. About 8 years old. Comes from a smoke free home. Have used couch cover over it for years so there is stuck on fabric from the cover on the actual leather that I can't get off but other than that it still has life in it. 2nd floor walk up with outside flight of stairs too. Can send measurements if serious. Approximately 97 inches long. Frame underneath is getting weak but still is very comfortable to sit on. Will need 2 strong people or possibly 3 people. I can help as best I can.
