I enjoy reading Dr Michael Greger who is a proponent for a plant based lifestyle to heal disease. His books include how not to die, how not to diet, how not to age. There's also Dr Mark Hyman who's bill and Hillary Clinton's physician -he has quite a few books. he deals with functional medicine which treats with vitamins and supplements. I heard about him online after I went to a Cornell University School of Hotel Administration reunion. The guy that wrote the article had bipolar and changing his diet to dr hyman's managed his symptoms. Dr Hyman has a podcast.

I enjoy watching the movie the secret. it also has Taylor swift if you like to listen to music- dr mark hyman who is bill and Hillary Clinton's doctor - he has books on there. Also there's Dr Frank Lipman who Gwyneth Paltrow sees. He treats like Dr Hyman with functional medicine - which treats with vitamins and a change in diet. There's the Ultramind Solution on audio which is a change in diet to organic vegetables, fruits and wild caught fight like sardines and salmon which is good for the brain - free range chicken without antibiotics - since it's healthier. I'm giving because I really am enjoying the trashnothing community and I have access to things from the library. I thought I would help. I am currently leading a plant based diet to lose weight. I've been listening to research. Dr Frank Lipman suggests growing organic vegetables yourself in your own backyard because it's more nutritious and it cuts down on gas emissions.
