Hi, if anyone likes kefir probiotic milk I have some live kefir grains if you would like to make your own. It makes delicious smoothies and great for other recipes, it is so easy to make and there are some great YouTube videos so you will see how easy it is. You just add the kefir grains to the milk and leave at room temperature for 24 hours and then strain, put the grains in a fresh jar with fresh milk and start the process again. The kefir grains multiply so I have some to give away 🤗💕collection Totton
