Used, in decent shape, no rips. Purchased about 7 years ago from Rooms to Go. Well loved, cleaned regularly. Home with pets, smoke free. Couch with chaise is brown, microfiber, not broken just stacked on the curb, lining under the couch torn (the lining under the couch against the ground, wood frame is exposed underneath) blue love seat is some poly blend, needs cleaned but in decent shape. Some pulls in the fibers on the arms, can be seen in photo. On the curb and trash is TUES AM , not sure they’ll even take both. Would be great for someone starting out or without. 1124 Brown Crest
