205/40 ZR17 M+S UHP tire still good (Charlottesville near chs)
High performance, low profile tire with about 5.5mm (7/32") tread left, never had a flat or been damaged. This was mounted on 7.5 inch wide rims (rim a bit too wide for the tire). It should fit rims as narrow as 6.5 inches. I upgraded the tires on my car to a different size, so this will no longer serve as a e.g. a spare for me. But maybe it will be helpful to you! I also have a second tire, same size - the second tire is closer to worn out - come get both! Stand-Up Recliner (non-operational) (Winchester)
Recliner is in great physical condition - no scratches, tears, stains, etc... It is soft and comfy to sit in. Originally a $600+ chair. The issue with it is that the lifting function of the chair failed mid-lift (goes from sitting chair to standing position), and I do not have the ability or resources to try fixing it. I have verified there is power getting to the control board, but that's where it ends. It sits in the living room taking up space, so just want it gone. This is a 1st come, 1st serve offer. No holds, as I want it gone ASAP, so the first person to the address is the one who gets it. Please account for it having a decent weight and size when planning to pick it up, as the base is partially extended. You might want to bring help and a vehicle that can handle larger pieces.
