The sisal scratcher is well worn but I have some rope that you can work on it if you’re handy as well (see second photo). This cat tree is heavy and you’ll probably need a car to move it. This sturdy wooden cabinet is a fantastic, featuring unique decorative handles and high-quality wood construction. All components are in good working condition. The piece is ready for use, though it would benefit from some TLC (polishing or staining) to restore its full luster. A substantial and reliable piece of furniture for any room.
