Netbook (Malvern Vale WR14)
Samsung netbook, works ok, battery holds charge, charger present. Q4OS operating system installed. The only issue I encountered was around losing WiFi connection, but it's probably linked to the configuration, not the card itself. I didn't check ethernet cable connection. Happy to leave it outside for collection - it's got its own bag.

7ft fir tree artificial Christmas (Malvern, WR14)
I have had this tree for about 6/7 years. The tree itself is still in good condition and all parts are there. The box is a little worse for wear though! All tree branches are colour coded to slot in on the main 'trunk'. I bought as I didn't drive, so getting a real tree was difficult and my children were younger. I've now switched back to real trees, so no longer need this one.

Black ceiling spot light (Swainshill HR4)
Hello A black triangular shaped (33cm equilateral) ceiling spot light. Originally from Ikea. Moveable spots. Bulbs included. Worked when last plumbed in but hasn't been used for a number of years, so no guarantees. I've taken it through different house moves because I liked it so much but I've not used it since. It would still be nice in a home or a hobby shed. It’s not lightweight and has the transformer in it. Needs to be professionally fitted obviously as it's electric! If anyone can use it let me know. Also posted on freecycle. Cheers Chris

Wood planks for shou sugi ban (Japanese burnt wood cladding) (Presteigne LD8)
I am looking to make a unique decking area around the pagoda of my Japanese garden I looking for planks of wood that I can then process as shou sugi ban. This is a Japanese technique of burning and then brushing wood. The process (a little like an ancient version of thermowood but with protection of carbon too) creates a resistant surface that can last hundreds of years. I would like to celebrate the ambit of British woods, their incredible grains and beauty, in a harlequin pattern of different sizes. I have a thicknesses so providing the board starts at least 25mm thick, I can finish all boards to the same depth. So can you look in your shed and see if you have one or two boards that you will never use: larch, cedar, oak, Douglas fir, elm... there are so many. If you have something, i am sure I can make something very beautiful if you can spare them. They can be rough sawn; the charring and brushing transform rough wood to something smooth as silk. Btw the last pictures show the 14ft Acer we just rehomed from Neath. (and in so doing, saved it from the chainsaw)
