3 Seater, 2 Seater + 2 Single Seats in Brown Vinyl. Great condition except for an acetone stain on one cushion of the 2 seater! The main problem is that strong muscles will be needed to carry the pieces down an external staircase! Location is Bexley.

- 1 piece about 2m x 4m and 1 shorter piece that can be reused for its intended purpose, but could do with a hosing down as they are dusty from being in storage. A number of other pieces of varying size show wear, but are good as weed matting. I have used some of it successfully under river stones and bark. - Papaya tree about 9 months old. It will grow and fruit rapidly once in the ground. Too big for my tiny yard.

1 x Full Set of Encyclopaedia Britannica 1962 (Boxed) , 21 Volume Lexicon Universal Encyclopaedia (good for kids at primary, high school, larger text type, excellent colour illustrations), 8 Volume Australian Geographic Encyclopaedia (all Australian content). All in good condition. Bring boxes for Lexicon and Australian Geographic. Take one , two or three.(Added photos of items are low resolution. App does not allow higher resolution.)

small desk/PC stool (Whalan. NSW 2770)
Cream coloured desk with 4 draws and backless stool offered. Stool is only about 6 months old and in excellent condition. Desk will need a good clean and most likely some paint as well wouldn't be a bad idea. It was built in 1984 and for it's age is very sturdily built. Desk has some screw holes on top where my husband fixed a wider piece of board to it so he could use the desk as a drawing board. Neither items are heavy but are bulky especially the desk. Pick up from Whalan near old High School. If not taken these plus the lounge/ottoman will be put out for council pickup.
