I know this is a very long shot, but hate to throw out! My son and his dad were in an organization called Indian scouts in Park Ridge years ago. There are many patches that were rewarded for activities. Material is denim and size is probably a boy's large or extra large. Patches are sewn on and easily removed. The Little Pony stitching is not. Any takers????

Note: these are still at my Mom's house in Naperville, so I have to bring them home before I can arrange a pickup time.
