Dresser (Llanfyllin SY22)
Solid wood G Plan style dresser in very good order. No splits, cracks, or rot and no significant surface marking. 6ft 6in long x 5ft 6in high x 2ft deep. The top lifts off for transporting. All shelves, brackets, and fixings present. This dresser is currently in a friends storage unit in Bryncrug near Tywyn and a van will be needed to collect it. It may be possible to arrange transport but it would have to be at the recipients expense. This is a very nice piece of furniture but it's too big for my bungalow.

My very old undercounter fridge is in need of replacement; the door seal, hinges, and thermostat are not doing their respective jobs any longer. It's 50cm wide x 84cm tall x 53cm deep, so if anyone has a working fridge of about that size in need of a home I would be very pleased to take it. Thank you.

Ceramic Mid-century Floor tiles (Norton LD8)

I have removed a section of floor tiles from our 1970s home and most have come up without damage (although they could do with a clean on top - there is little to no adhesive residue). They're very obviously from the era - non-glossy and red/brown - but they could be repurposed if they suit your decor. There are approximately 200 tiles. Come and have a look if you're interested. Five thread industrial overlocker (High Street Llandrindod Wells)
A heavy old industrial machine but works well. Currently threaded for three thread overlocking but can be set up for the chain stitch function too. It’s heavy to move but can be partly dismantled. A van would probably be needed to take it away.
