Timber joists (Norton LD8) Suspended floor joists. Just under 2m . Had to cut the ends as the frame was dropped into the room complete. Some nails and screws to remove. Still very usable or could be firewood I assume. Collect Norton.

Wacker plate not working (SY7) We have been trying to lay stone down on damp ground and desperately in need of a vibration plate / Wacker plate not working would be great as I can fix most things but please even if it has no engine I could really do with it as the garden constantly needs leveling as it was marsh land before they built on It best regards jim

Pianola piano (Lydbury North SY7) Steck pianola piano in full working order. This fun instrument belonged to my father in law. The pianola action was refurbished about 5 years ago by a pianola specialist. There are several reels of music that come with it so you can enjoy live piano music without needing the skills of a pianist. The door above the pedals slides back and the pianola pedals drop down. It is also a piano, last tuned about 5 years ago too. The case has some water damage and would need some professional polishing to look it's best.

Single bed with storage (Knighton LD7) Pretty good condition a few of the slats are loose but it functions well enough. It's dismantled but goes together simply with an allen key. Matress availabe but more a site of special scientific interest but a good scrub and rinse with a hose will sort it.
