This is a 24" floor squeegee in great condition. The rubber squeegee edge is in perfect condition and is nicely flexible. The handle is 5 feet long. I used this to spread floor leveling cement, so there is a bit of cement stuck to the metal bars that clamp the rubber edge. See the close up photo. But the rubber edge is clean and that is all that really matters.

When a second person was available, I used the water level without the electronic unit. But when working alone, the electronic unit makes leveling a breeze.
