Lift chair by Med-Lift (Western Dearborn) Med-Lift Chair that is in good condition and works. It has power recline and lift and also massage and heat. It is a dark sage green color with some wear on the arms. No holes. The catch is that one of the springs in the seat has sprung so it makes a noise when you sit. It is very possible that if you can tip it over and get in there you can fit the spring back where it should be. If you are interested you may come and try it out or inspect it. If you don't want it I will understand. If you do want it you will need 2 strong people to get it out of the bedroom and front door as it needs to be lifted and turned. It is heavier than a normal chair due to the motor.

Pickets and cross rails (Brunswick Hills) We dismantled a fence that was no longer needed. All visible nails have been removed. Pickets were 4'. We believe this wood is still usable for decoration or reassemble for a smaller fence. No hardware is included.

Vintage cedar chest bench seat (Milan, just off US 23 exit 27) Promised Vintage Lane cedar chest has a wood exterior with decorative paneling and a black tufted vinyl seat. The interior is lined with aromatic cedar and includes the original Lane branding and 'Aroma-Tite' seal. The top lid is hinged and functions as a bench seat. Top is ripped, see photos. Faint scent of cedar. Pick up in Milan, US 23 exit 27 Estimated (WxDxH): 48 x 16 x 18 in Not safe for use around children, no safety hinges.
