Four Totsbots Bamboozle nappies, size 2 (Adjustable to fit 9-35lbs). Used mostly as night nappies, some minor staining but generally in good condition. 80% bamboo fabric. Two matching wraps (the nappies do need to be used with a separate waterproof outer) - these are not great from my experience, but might be of some use! Also one Motherease Airflow wrap, size large, good for the larger end of the size range of the nappies. Accessories - two drawstring laundry bags, six cotton booster pads, one bamboo(?) booster, five fleece liners, a roll and a bit of paper liners, one vest extender.

I have dug up LOADS of shasta daisy plants, ready to replant asap. These are tall, daisy like perennial flowers, which flower about July. Pretty and tough plant but can be vigorous and does spread by seed (be warned). You can control spread by cutting of seed heads. Flowers best in a sunny site.

Carpet that has been lifted to be replaced with wooden floor. Used for circa 20 years but from a pet free home so in a usable state. Room size is 5.7m x 3.7m and carpet all in one piece, although there is a cut out on one side for the fireplace and the full length includes a bay window.

Gas fire removed from lounge as no longer used. In full working order but needs re-installation (likely professional) with a flue and connection to mains gas (microbore). Supplied with both coals and pebbles. Installation manuals can be found online. Height = 59cm, width = 50cm, protrudes approx 12cm and needs to be recessed into the wall about the same. Wooden fireplace surround removed from lounge as no longer used. In good condition but was stuck to the wall with 'no more nails' sealant so will need some cleaning up. 122 wide in total (but 131cm wide at top shelf) and 105cm high Central recess = 88cm wide and 82-90cm high (curved top).
