This is a lovely piano. It hasn’t been tuned in a long time, but it is in excellent condition and is ready for some musical fingers to find it and play it. High quality cat tree with three levels. I’ve never attached the top basket but you can with a drill/some screws. The sisal scratcher is well worn but I have some rope that you can work on it if you’re handy as well (see second photo). This cat tree is heavy and you’ll probably need a car to move it. Please let me know time(s) that you can pick it up. Pick up near Cleveland Park library.
