We have a little library that we invite children to use by picking books out of it and taking them home to read. Some children replace them but we keep trying to give them a nice supply to choose from. If you have any extra children's books you are not using, I can pick them up. Thank you.

Persicaria perenial (Southern Farmington Hills)
Persicaria is an unusual plant that blooms at this time of year. The blooms are small bright pink flowers that come on a stem that forms an arc. In the spring when it first comes up it adds interest to the garden because it has a dark colored V marking on the green leaves.

This lawn mower needs carburetor work. It runs for a few seconds after I spray starting fluid (ether) in the air filter, then it dies. Disclaimer: I pulled it off the curb on trash day, I don't know its history. It also needs and oil change, and one wheel is a bit wobbly. Easy driveway pickup, south of Ypsilanti near Textile and Whittaker.

Toner cartridge has been little used, and replacing it may solve a printing problem that produces 1" bands of unwanted, fused toner on the left and right side of a printed page. Please let me know what day and time you can pick up from my pirch.
