We will be using this until the end of the month, pickup must be at the end of July and no sooner. Trying to line someone up who can commit to coming by a certain time (like 9 am) on July 31. Serious inquiries only. Plugs into the wall. I think it's real leather? But part of the arms is not real leather and is deteriorating (see pic). I just throw a blanket over it. It can come apart into 4 pieces which will fit into a regular sedan. I don't have any details on this, it was gifted to us by my mother in law. It reclines to mostly flat, maybe like 30 degree angle? It plugs into a regular outlet and can be bolted to the floor.

A carnival mask from Venice in Italy. This is a genuine article, made in Venice, not a cheap knock-off. I bought this years ago when I visited as a sixteen-year-old but now that I'm much, much older, I just don't want it. It's been sitting my storage bins for years and years, but is still in excellent condition.

Vintage steel, or maybe aluminum, Christmas tree stand from the 70s. Used faithfully for many of the years since then until I got an artificial tree a couple years ago. But this thing still works quite well for real trees. It disassembles for easy storage, but putting it back together every year is a hassle, which is why I just always kept it put together.

The blue and black bags might actually contain some other piece of camping equipment -- I don't remember and don't feel like opening everything up. I got the tent as a hand-me-down from my folks years ago after they'd used it for years; but they gave me the other pieces new, and I've never used any of it.
