Plugs into UK 240 volt, outputs 110 volt or 220 volts AC for stepping down voltage to run e.g. US made electrical, or for running UK made electricals at 220 volt that need a stable voltage free of interference. A bit specialist, but if anyone can make use, collect from Willen MK.
