Also known as Stroller Tire Cover, Tubeless Tyre Stroller Wheel Casing or Outer Cover for Stroller Wheels. They’re reversible covers for stroller/trolley wheel rims, offering cushioning and protection. Any brand OK. If anyone has spare rubber sleeves or knows where to get them (new or used), please let us know!
