Two tap holes and level mechanism for plug/drain cover. Taps & outlet included but you will want to replace. Toilet not available except cistern lid. Bath (fibre glass in frame) may follow if can get it out undamaged.

1 x pair of excellent, clean condition orthopaedic shoes, with variable width velcro fastenings. Both shoes have been steamed cleaned for hygiene purpose. This style of shoe was used prior to the more fashionable "moon boot", that is now routinely used after some foot surgical procedures. From a non-smoker, pet-free household.
