Abbyson top-grain leather sectional, chocolate, 104" long x 84" (chaise section). Two pieces, joins into an L shape or can be used separately. Clean, very good condition, no rips or tears. We bought a smaller house and it's just too big for us now. You will need a truck and a helper to pick up. Pick up any day. In Elgin, near Bowes Rd and Nolan Rd.

Lovely tabletop Christmas Tree in excellent condition except pre-strung lights (white) stopped working. Comes with spare fuses, but I don't have time or patience to fiddle with it..you can try, or just add lights. About 4' high. Easy assembly: comes in 2 sections (plus base, included) then you just pull branches down. Ornaments not included. I'll edit post tomorrow to include true size & photos (photos not uploading now). The candles are already burned but the glass vessels are heavy & can be reused for new candles, snacks, or a bathroom vanity to hold items. Pink & yellow have carved sides. The other 2 have clean, streamlined shapes. There's a bit of wax at the bottom which I've cleaned out in other candles. All were 18 oz Homeworx by Slatkin.

Horizon 5.0 Recumbent Exercise Bike (Wilmette near town center)
Do you have an exercise resolution for 2026? I do too, but it has to be a treadmill! I purchased this from ABT on 12/23/28 for $600 plus tax. Had a back injury soon after that requires less sitting, more walking. It works fine. You can test it out for awhile if you'd like. This is on the second floor of a townhouse -- 13 stairs. You'll have to take it down so 2 people would be best. You can also take it apart but I can't guide you on that b/c I had ABT assemble it.

I have 2 red silicone utensils which are duplicates in my kitchen. Used but in great condition. One is a slotted spoon and the other is a scrapper. I like the edge, as it's flexible for bowls and the top is in a point for edges of pans.
