Vintage Lane cedar chest has a wood exterior with decorative paneling and a black tufted vinyl seat. The interior is lined with aromatic cedar and includes the original Lane branding and 'Aroma-Tite' seal. The top lid is hinged and functions as a bench seat. Top is ripped, see photos. Faint scent of cedar. Pick up in Milan, US 23 exit 27 Estimated (WxDxH): 48 x 16 x 18 in Not safe for use around children, no safety hinges.

WANTED: Old Recorded VHS Tapes & Cassette Tapes Before you throw them away, I’d love to take them! I’m looking for used/recorded VHS tapes and audio cassettes — especially old homemade or taped-off-the-TV/radio stuff. They absolutely do not need to be collectible or professionally released. Things like: * VHS tapes of old TV broadcasts, commercials, local news, cable, cartoons, weird late-night TV, etc. * Homemade recordings or camcorder dubs * Old mixtapes or radio recordings * Church/religious tapes, lectures, spoken-word recordings * Homemade music or band rehearsal tapes * Dictation, sound effects, educational tapes, oddball recordings * Mystery/unlabeled tapes are especially welcome 😄 I use old media for audio experimentation, sampling, and creative projects, so the stranger and more forgotten, the better. Lift chair by Med-Lift (Western Dearborn)
Med-Lift Chair that is in good condition and works. It has power recline and lift and also massage and heat. It is a dark sage green color with some wear on the arms. No holes. The catch is that one of the springs in the seat has sprung so it makes a noise when you sit. It is very possible that if you can tip it over and get in there you can fit the spring back where it should be. If you are interested you may come and try it out or inspect it. If you don't want it I will understand. If you do want it you will need 2 strong people to get it out of the bedroom and front door as it needs to be lifted and turned. It is heavier than a normal chair due to the motor.

Holly spinet piano (made by Grinnell Detroit). This piano is in good condition; tuned January 2025. We've owned it about 25 years; it plays well. Our four grown children all did their piano lessons on it. We are parting with it as we desire more space in our smaller home. You will need to move it yourself and provide people for lifting, as my wife and I are not able to do that. It’s located on our main floor near the exterior door. You could also find a piano moving company to move it for you. Within reason, we are willing to help pay for transportation costs.
