Washer dryer - Hotpoint Ultima (Danbury CM3)
White Hotpoint Ultima Washer Dryer. Not been used for 5 years - so whilst I think it still works, I have not been able to test it. It has been in my garage for 5 years, (so is a bit dusty). Will fit in the back of a hatchback, and I can help you to load it up. If you are stuck, I have a trailer, and can deliver it to you nearby to CM3, (within reason). I have no idea how to plumb it in for you, and won't attempt to do so, but I can help you to get it where it is going. I need the space in the garage now, so sadly this washer needs a new home.

Two seater settee plus single armchair (Rayleigh SS6)
Biege two seater settee and a single armchair, in good condition. Settee size - W = 1.37 meters (54") D = 76cm (30"), H = 1 metre (39"). Armchair size is W = 84cm (33") the depth and height us the same as the settee. This is in good condition and it will be a shame if we have to jump it.

Sofa - 3 seat, 2 seat and 1 seat plus footstool (Danbury CM3)
Sage green cloth-covered Sofa-set. This is a particularly "big" sofa, and is arguably a 4 seat and a 3 seat plus a 1 seat, rather than 3 + 2 + 1, and there is a round footstool. This was covered by Plumbs with its current green cover, which comes off and is washable. There is a floral cotton pattern underneath the cover, which is actually nice, but that pattern and material was worn/torn on the arms - hence getting it covered 10 years ago or so. The current cover is fairly tired, but can easily be recovered, or spruced up. I've had it in my Summerhouse for 10 years since moving house, and now I am clearing my Parents' house, I need the space, so with great sadness we are finding a new home for a Sofa we've had from new for nearly 30 years. Within reason I can deliver locally on my trailer, (assuming you're willing to help me load it up), but obvs would prefer if someone is able to collect. I can provide measurements, but please be aware it is on the big side. Needs to find a new home in the next week or so. Thank you. / /
