electronic pianos for WG Fine Arts (Camillus)
š¶ Do you have a working electronic piano sitting in a closet, garage, or attic gathering dust? Due to huge student interest, weāre launching a piano program within the 7th grade general music class at Camillus Middle School but weāre short a few instruments. If you have an electronic piano youād be willing to donate or let us borrow, please send us a message or leave a comment below so we can coordinate! Power cords and pedals are a plus, but the keyboard alone is plenty to get us started. Thank you for your help in starting the new CMS Piano Program!š¹ ššš¾

fair ComfortGlow Ventless Fireplace (Ithaca - West Side)
This is currently working, but frequently I need to relight the pilot. In the past I have solved this by a thorough cleaning of the device. So if you are interested in it, pls start with cleaning it. Alternatively you can replace the pilot assembly. This works for either Natural Gas or Propane. Originally purchased at Lowe's. They still have the info on their site:

2 Violins Needed for Children (Oneida county ny)
Hello, I am a parent in Oneida County hoping to find two free or very low-cost beginner violins for my children. They are 8 and 9 years old, and both have a real interest in learning violin. One is about 4'8", and the other is nearly as tall. They deserve the chance to discover something they love, learn a skill they can carry with them, and feel includedābut right now, buying or renting instruments is simply beyond what our family can afford. Their school also does not have violins available for students to borrow. I am not looking for anything fancyājust two playable student violins, ideally with bows and cases, that another family no longer needs. Used instruments are more than welcome. Even one violin would mean so much and bring us closer to making this possible for both of them. We can pick up locally in Oneida County or nearby, and I promise they will be cared for, appreciated, and put to good use. Thank you from the bottom of a parentās heart for reading and considering helping two children have the opportunity to make music.

Stuffed horses (West side, near the hospital)
Hi all! If anyone has stuffed horses laying around your house that your kids no longer want, need or play with, I'll take them off your hands! I need them for an event that I'm planning/organizing in September. The stuffies won't be returned, as they most likely won't be in any shape/condition to be returned. They will be outside in what ever the weather is. Thanks!

Free:
Singer Sewing Machine (City of Ithaca)
Ancient Singer sewing machine. It has been in a basement for a long time, so is very mildewy. You probably won't want the cabinet, but the cast iron legs and treadle would make a nice base for a sewing table. The sewing machine itself is only missing a bobbin plate, though I doubt that it would still work. Admittedly, whatever you do with it will take some work.

Couch (City of Ithaca)
Old couch, but solid. Tapestry style upholstery faded, but still intact except for one back corner that a cat used for a scratching post in a previous millennium. Solid and comfortable, just dated.
