Good working order except for the resistance adjustment not working correctly as it does have resistance, but it cannot be decreased or increased. Possibly repairable.

I need some strong thickish material 2 pieces approx 30 x 40 inches (80 x 100 cm) to cover 2 pieces of lead to put in a glider seat (to provide more weight for light weight pilots!).
