Cream Corduroy on wooden rocking Nursing Chair with matching rocking footstool. It has marker pen marks that I cannot remove. Side covers and seat cover are removable and could be washed but not the back. No pet or smoking home. Collection only from a first floor, it's not too heavy but bulky and it doesn't come apart, one strong man could take it.

Denby divided vegetable dish in very good condition. No chips or cracks. It is 6cm deep (just over 2 1/4 inches), 28cm long (11 inches) and 21cm wide (8 1/4 inches).

This vase is 23cm high (9 inches) and 9 cm diameter (3 1/2 inches). In very good condition, no cracks or chips.

Cream Flower Vase (Balcombe RH17)
Cream flower vase with pink and blue flowers. No chips and in very good condition. It stands 21cm high (8 1/4 inches) and the diameter of the top is 11.5 cm (4 1/2 inches) and the diameter of the bottom is 8.5cm (just over 3 1/4 inches). On the bottom it has Dartmouth, England and what appears to be D234.

Sandwich/Cake Stand (Balcombe RH17)
Cream with purple flowers and green/purple leaves sandwich or cake stand. Clean and with no chips. The plate is approximately 30cm diameter (just under 12 inches) and the wooden handle stands 15cm high (just under 6 inches). It does appear to be hand painted but I am no expert.

The original Pestle and Mortar by Henry Watson. In excellent, clean condition with no chips. It measures 11cm diameter (just over 4 1/4 inches) and 6.5cm high (2 1/2 inches). Would anyone like to add this to their kitchen?

Four China Plant Pots (Balcombe RH17)
The black pot has three gold rims around it and measures 16cm high (6 1/4 inches) and the diameter is 20cm (8 inches). The cream pot next to the black one is 10 cm high (just under 4 inches) and 11.5cm in diameter (4 1/2 inches) The white and blue pot is the same height and diameter at the cream pot but it tapers at the bottom, where it measures 7cm (2 3/4 inches) (see the second photo). The small plain white pot is 5.5cm (2 1/4 inches) high but with the feet it is 6.5cm high ((2 1.2 inches) and 7cm diameter (2 3/4 inches). They are all in excellent condition, without any chips and are clean. Can anyone offer them a new home?

Cream lamp and lampshade (Balcombe RH17)
The lamp has a mock crackle effect and 4 gold rims, two at the base and two at the top. It stands 40cm (approx. 16 inches) high with the shade on. The shade is cream with a gold rim at the bottom and top and is approximately 26cm (10 inches) in diameter.

Silver Cross Roadster Pushchair, Rain Cover, Sun shade etc (Balcombe RH17)
Grey, very good condition. I have washed the seat cover and the sun shade and chair cover which matches the sun shade. The seat can be changed so you can have the child facing you or away from you. There is also a cushion for when you are using the seat in the almost horizontal position for a young baby to sleep in. It ensure maximum comfort. I noticed when cleaning it that the clip for holding it in position when closed is broken but it can be held together without it or if you want to be sure, a velcro tie would do the same job. I also broke one of the handles for the seat adjustment. You can still open it without it but I also still have the piece if someone can repair it. Anybody able to give this much loved pushchair a home?
