Treehouse / Playhouse (Lindfield RH16)
Custom made for my around ten years ago this is a childrens treehouse / playhouse. There is a climbing board on one side and the swings on the other. Well loved but time to move on to a new home. Inclusive of the slide and swings but these are not availavble separately. Stucturally sound however there are some bits of wood that will need replacing (mainly on the "veranda") after weathering over the past few years. Dimensions: Heigh - 3m Width - 4m House Length - 3m. House Length including slide - 5.5m. It is a two person job to dismatle with tools and ladders. Happy to provide guidance and some help when collecting. You will need some competence working with wood to dismantle. It took me 3 hours to dismantle once and a little longer to build again.

There are a couple of small, VERY faint stains on one…looks like very well washed out tea stain, only see it if you’re looking for it. Panasonic 27" Flat Screen TV model: TX - 28PL10, no remote (but looking on ebay you can get for a tenner). Perfect working order, age related marks to the top, lower flap seems to be missing (probably hanging out with the remote control). If you have some old gaming consoles that require firing guns at the screen eg Time Crisis, Point Blank etc, then this is the only tv that they work on. It's a shame to let this go, but because of the weight I can't get into the loft. So own a bit of solid kit, 100Hz. Measurements in the photos, need this gone by Tuesday, so come on down, and own some history before it ends up somewhere it shouldn't 😢
