Petite Wrought Iron Patio Set (Near Mooseheart 60510)
This set looks to have been sized for little people or children. See dimensions below. Loose paint (chipping) has been sanded off of table & 1 chair + table base & legs of that chair have been primed & ready for paint. The other 3 chairs still need more sanding before ready to prime. I've included 1 NEW can of Rust-Oleum filler primer to help finish the job. CHAIRS Overall Height: 33" (Height floor to seat): 16" Width: 16" (Seat width): 15" Depth: 17" TABLE Width (top): 35" Width (base): 35" Height: 28.5" This set needs to be gone before Tuesday when WM comes to pickup the dumpster.

This high chair on wheels can be raised/lowed and it also reclines. The tray can be stored on the back of the high chair. I have to rate it as fair condition because I discovered that one of the wheels spin so there is slight movement. When I put weights on it it is stable

Screen door rollers (Downtown Bartlett)
For screen doors that were made at least 10 years ago or earlier. Before asking, check to see if your door has an inch long hole with a screw size hole next to it. My screen door broke apart but the rollers survived. Has all the screws. The individual white wheels are not screwed on but the case is punched together, so if you can find a way to adapt to your door, be McGuyver and try. 😊 Please give 2 hour time window for pick up, downtown Bartlett. Easy porch pick up.

2 Vintage Bentwood Rocking Chairs (Near Mooseheart 60510)
2 vintage cane bentwood rocking chairs. Both need work but I'd rather see them go to someone who can fix / use & avoid sending them to the landfill. 1 rocker needs a thorough cleaning, seat repaired & lower back loop reattached. The other needs new paint, side rail mended + reattached & the seat has been fixed with hot glue in back but holds up to my weight (can cover it with a cushion or redo the cane) Both measure about 20" inches wide, 42" deep & 41" inches tall. If no one gets them by Monday they will sadly have to go in the dumpster
